Da Vinci does the #ALSIceBucketChallenge!
Many of you have seen the #ALSIceBucketChallenge all over the net, now while we I was tired of most of the other fruitless challenges. I was more than happy to participate in this challenge because it promotes awareness for a great cause. Personally I think it’s genius that they used a challenge to get a viral response and with that response ALS has been able to raise over $16 million for research and treatment.
When I was challenged, I wanted to make sure people knew a bit of information about ALS, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. I made sure to add a few tidbits so that others would know why they’re doing the challenge. I encourage you all to find out more as you do this challenge too!
